David Jackson, also known as Jaxon, is a musician, composer and teacher. He first rose to prominence as a member of legendary progressive rock group Van der Graaf Generator, pioneering the use of electric saxophones. He often plays two horns at once and also plays flutes and whistles. He has worked with many musicians, from Peter Gabriel to Keith Tippet, Osanna, Judge Smith, David Cross and others and has also worked with disabled people, using a technology known as Soundbeam to enable them to make music and perform in public.
